• Attempt to bypass paywall gateways, secure pro-gates, or simulation engines on our server-side networks.

All elements built on Heading — comprising typographic style guides, code mechanisms, server-side APIs, sample exams, aerological diagrams, explanation logs, and AI coaching architectures — represent exclusive intellectual assets owned by [EDIT: HEADING EDITORIAL PRIVATE LIMITED] or licensed by our software designers. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse-engineering of our software structure or visual layout triggers immediate suppression of service without refund.

5. Subscription Billings & Merchant Terms

Access to designated premium study blueprints requires a fee processing step routed via Razorpay. Billing configurations are handled on a recurring billing cycle according to the pricing tier activated (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise outlined).

These covenants and all transaction operations associated with Heading are interpreted, governed, and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any litigation, dispute, or conflict arising from these policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
